Refund policy
Because all of our products are custom-decorated to your specifications, they cannot be resold or restocked. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team within 60 days of receiving your items.
We’re happy to replace or refund your order if:
- The garments do not match your order confirmation.
- There are manufacturer defects.
- The decoration does not match the approved artwork proof.
All returns must be unworn and unwashed.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and immediately begin processing a replacement or refund.
