The pricing for this commission was well below market and that is a bonus considering you even managed to complete the job in less than a week, which is really fast considering the commission was varsity jackets. You guys work diligently and its very clear that the staff has a clear passion for their craft. Sometimes you find a Dimond in the rough, and Prime Custom is just that. I was in a jam getting ready for a race in Daytona FL, driving all over Massachusetts to find a embroidery shop to get the needed sponsorships listed on my sons suit. I found Prime in Natic Mall across from Kay Jewelers, and let me start by saying these guys went above and beyond the normal customer service by taking on such a large and challenging project with very little time to complete. Prime makes you feels as if you're the only customer by listening and showing the utmost patience and understanding! 5 star all the way. The team was very professional, patience and helpful. I needed to get 15 backpacks embroidered by the end of this week, giving them only 4 days to make this possible.
